No Gmail? No problem.

Your wallet provider can send notifications to any email address. Forward those messages to the Gmail account you connect during setup, and CryptoDeposit Tracker will read the forwarded copies.

The simple rule: the tracker reads the Gmail inbox connected through Google OAuth. Your original wallet email can be Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, or another provider.

Find your wallet notification address

Use the email address where your wallet provider sends deposit confirmations. In this example, the wallet sends notifications to money@example-wallet.com. This is demo data.

Forward messages to your connected Gmail

In your email provider, create an automatic forwarding rule. Forward only the wallet notification messages, not your entire inbox. Use the Gmail address you authorize during CryptoDeposit Tracker setup.

Open your email provider's Settings.
Choose Forwarding or Rules and Filters.
Add the connected Gmail address.
Confirm the verification email sent by Gmail.
Forward messages matching the wallet notification subject.

Configure the wallet rule

In Admin - Billing, add the original sender and the exact subject used by your wallet provider. The sender is reference information; forwarded messages are matched by subject and parsed from the message body.

Original sender: optional reference
Subject: the notification subject
BTC pattern: the amount pattern
CAD pattern: the fiat amount pattern

Check the dashboard

The tracker accepts direct wallet messages and forwarded copies. It checks the connected Gmail inbox on schedule, prevents duplicate rows, and displays the results in the dashboard and spreadsheet.
