Terms of Service
CryptoDeposit Tracker is operated by Rave Fusions Inc. By using CryptoDeposit Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Description of service
CryptoDeposit Tracker is a subscription-based monitoring and reporting service for wallet deposit notifications. The service connects to your authorized Google account to run background deposit scanning, syncs records to a Google Sheet in your Drive, and maintains a secure web application dashboard for live ledgers, forecasting, and reporting.
2. License and account access
- Access to certain features requires an active license or subscription.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and Google account access secure.
- We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
3. User responsibilities
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, abuse of Google APIs, or any action that interferes with the platform or its users.
4. Google services
Google account authorization is required to install and run the service. Your use of Google APIs is subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by Google or third-party services.
5. Data accuracy
We aim to provide reliable monitoring and reporting, but the service may be affected by email delivery issues, wallet provider changes, configuration errors, or external API limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect detection.
6. Payment and subscriptions
Subscription charges, renewals, refunds, and plan changes are governed by the pricing terms presented at checkout and the agreement between the user and Rave Fusions Inc. Subscriptions are processed by Square.
The following plan(s) currently include a free trial:
- Starter: a 7-day free trial. Your payment card is saved at signup but is not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel from your account page before the trial ends, your card will be automatically charged the plan price of $1.99 CAD when the trial ends, and on each renewal date thereafter.
Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per customer, regardless of how many trial-eligible plans exist. The current trial terms for any plan are always shown at checkout before you enter payment details.
7. Referral program
Eligible customers may participate in the referral program under the Referral Rules. Referral commissions are subject to payment confirmation, fraud review, refunds, chargebacks, payout requirements, and applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
CryptoDeposit Tracker is provided “as is.” We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, missed alerts, or service interruption, except where required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
